Offer intelligence · Countdowns recomputed daily

Canadian credit card offers ending soon.

Every welcome offer below has an end date the issuer has actually published, soonest first. Offers that roll over without a stated expiry aren’t here: we don’t invent deadlines to make a list longer. Of the 73 cards carrying a welcome bonus right now, 26 have a confirmed end date.

Clock running: confirmed end dates only

Rewards math assumes you pay your balance in full every month — interest charges quickly exceed any rewards value.

What a deadline is actually worth

An expiring offer is a reason to make a decision, not a reason to apply. Three things matter more than the date:

  • Whether you can reach the minimum spend. A bonus you fall short of is worth zero, and manufacturing spend to hit a threshold usually costs more than the bonus pays.
  • What the card is worth in year two. The bonus lands once; the fee recurs. Every card review separates first-year value from ongoing value for exactly this reason.
  • Whether this offer is genuinely elevated. Each review carries a dated welcome-offer history. Many cards run the same bonus every few months, so an expiring offer is often just the number that card always runs.

Where the dates come from

We record an offer end date only when an issuer publishes one on its own card page or campaign terms, and we re-read those pages on a rolling schedule. When an offer changes, the change is logged publicly in what changed with the date it was confirmed, and the previous offer is kept in that card’s offer history rather than quietly overwritten.

Offer terms change without notice, and an issuer can pull or extend an offer before its stated date. Confirm current terms on the issuer’s site before applying. See the full welcome-bonus ranking, the Points Standard Index, or the Standard Score methodology for how these figures are built.

Frequently asked questions

Which Canadian credit card offers are ending soon?

Every offer on this page carries an end date the issuer has published, sorted by how many days are left. Offers without a published expiry are not listed here: they appear on the welcome-bonus ranking instead, because there is no deadline to count down.

Why are there so few cards on this list?

Most Canadian welcome offers roll over or renew without a hard expiry. We only ever publish an end date an issuer has actually stated, so this list is short by design: a longer one would mean we were guessing at deadlines, which is exactly the thing that would make it useless.

Should I rush an application because an offer is expiring?

No. A deadline is a reason to decide, not a reason to apply. A bonus you cannot reach the minimum spend for is worth nothing, and a card whose ongoing value is negative stays negative after the bonus lands. Check the card's offer history on its review first: many cards run the same bonus repeatedly, so today's "expiring" offer is often back next quarter.

How often is this page updated?

Countdowns recompute daily. The offers themselves are re-verified against issuer pages on a rolling schedule, and every change is recorded in the public change log with the date it was confirmed.
