Transfer partners, compared program by program.
Only two of the point currencies we track transfer to airline or hotel partners at all. Here’s every confirmed ratio, side by side with the programs that don’t transfer anywhere.
Amex Membership Rewards

Transfers move in 100-point increments with a 1,000-point minimum. Frequently instant, but can take a few days. Transfers are one-way — points cannot be moved back into Membership Rewards.

No transfer partners
These currencies redeem at a fixed rate or through their own award chart — there’s no partner door to evaluate.
BMO Rewards — No airline or hotel transfer partners. Points redeem against travel booked through the BMO Rewards portal at a fixed rate, or for cash, gift cards, and merchandise at generally lower rates.
TD Rewards — No airline or hotel transfer partners and no award chart — points redeem at fixed rates, primarily through the Expedia for TD portal. TD's Aeroplan co-brand cards earn Aeroplan directly instead of transferring from TD Rewards.
Scene+ — No airline or hotel transfer partners, which is exactly why its value is capped at 1 cent.
CIBC Aventura — No airline or hotel transfer partners. Aventura redeems through its own fixed Flight Rewards chart (a set point cost per fare band) or a flat travel-credit rate, not by transferring to a partner program.
