How is net value calculated here?
The same convention as our card value calculator: first-year net value is the welcome tranches issued before the first anniversary plus estimated year-one earn, minus the annual fee, assuming a $24,000/year baseline spend. Anniversary, renewal, and month-13-or-later tranches are excluded. Ongoing net value strips out the one-time bonus. For spend-adjusted numbers, use the card value calculator directly.
